Following the business’s relocation elsewhere, the freeholders decided it was time to sell their asset, and instructed us to provide an appraisal initially. Following this, they instructed us for the full agency service.
Whilst the property was under offer, we did have a fraught few months wait and unforeseen delay with the buyer. However, they finally completed in December 2025, to make the end of the year a good place to celebrate a deal completed!
