Our director Sau-Wan Lai, acting as Vice Chair for the PPA, was given the honour of introducing the Top Table Guests to the room of PPA members and esteemed guests on Friday 27th February 2026.
The Portsmouth Property Association hold an annual charity dinner, to fundraise for the Chair’s charity as well as bring together the PPA members and their guests for light entertainment with a Guest Speaker, fundraise with an Auction and Raffle, as well as rounding off the Chair’s year of tenure.
Sau-Wan stepped into the role of Vice Chair late last year, and continues to be social media and website co-ordinator, and is Chair Elect – she will take on the mantle of Chair at the AGM, in April 2026.
The evening kicked off at 6.45 for the networking and the three course meal was served at 7.30pm. Sau helped with co-ordinating the dinner, working behind the scenes under the sub-committee. We are delighted to help fundraise for SPARK Community Space, and enjoyed the evening’s Guest Speaker John Lloyd CBE who regaled us with his stories.
Sau was pleased to introduce the top table guests, alongside the SPA and BPA members, the sponsors Chinneck Shaw and BTG Eddisons. It was a superb evening, with over £7,000 raised on the evening.
