Rebecca Wheeler BSc (Hons) MRICS, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2003 and has 25 years experience in the property market, specialising in Valuations, Landlord and Tenant work, Lettings and Sales.
Rebecca is based on, and has a passion for, the Isle of Wight where she also plays an active role in local charities and events.
Her current cases include a Portfolio property management, Agency in Newport, RICS Global Valuations for Pension and Charity purposes and lease advisory across the Isle of Wight and South Coast.
Sau-Wan Lai
Sau-Wan Lai MSc MRICS qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008 and has 20 years experience in the property sector. Sau has a good eye for detail and believes that knowing the local market is just as important as the wider picture. Sau specialises in commercial property management and valuations.
Sau lives in Waterlooville and currently learning British Sign Language, and is on the Portsmouth Property Association as Chair Elect. She is looking forward to nominating and supporting local charities The Elizabeth Foundation, Endometriosis South Coast and R;pple Suicide Prevention.
Her current cases include an Agency in Hayling Island, Valuations across the south coast, lease advisory in Portsmouth and Hayling Island, and Property Management in Winchester, Southampton and Portsmouth.
