We were instructed to look after a five unit industrial estate by the freeholders of the block in order that the Service Charge provision for the estate could be effectively managed by us, in order that the freeholders could concentrate on their own businesses.
We provide peace of mind by co-ordinating services for the estate when required and liaising with all parties to ensure peace of mind of compliance to the benefit of all stakeholders. We ensure that all parties contribute to the common funds, and organise services such as gutter cleaning, signage and landscaping as and when it arises in order to minimise unnecessary expenses.
