Sale of mixed-use commercial property case study
One of our roles is commercial property agent and this isn’t always just about bringing the property to the market. We provide our advice to our client, and in this case study, there was no need to bring it to the market, as there was already a willing purchaser and interested party; the property had a commercial occupier already, who wanted to buy it.
We were delighted to be able to help one of our client carrying out tough and long negotiations with the tenant of a commercial property which comprised a business element and residential flats. Our client was kept advised all along the way, and felt comfortable and happy with Rebecca Wheeler acting on her behalf.
Rebecca’s professionalism and integrity in dealing with the tenant and the vendor, who had a long history and emotional ties to the property meant that the client felt looked after and had peace of mind that Rebecca was looking after the owner’s best interests.
We managed to secure the off market sale of the property with a top result for the seller and the eventual buyer, who was the tenant, who didn’t have to be concerned that he would have a new owner to deal with.
