Rebecca Wheeler

BSc (Hons) MRICS
Rebecca Wheeler BSc (Hons) MRICS, qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2003 and has 20 years experience in the property market, specialising in Landlord and Tenant work, Lettings and Sales. Rebecca is based on, and has a passion for, the Isle of Wight where she also plays an active role in local charities and events. Her current cases include a lease renewals in Newport, Management in Shanklin, Agency in Ryde & Newport, with asset management and sale in Titchfield, and Valuations across the South Coast.

Sau-Wan Lai

MSc MRICS

Sau-Wan Lai MSc MRICS qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2008 and has over 13 years experience in the property sector. Sau-Wan has a good eye for detail and believes that knowing the local market is just as important as the wider picture.  Sau-Wan specialises in commercial property management and valuations. Sau-Wan lives in Waterlooville and enjoys rock climbing in her spare time.

Her current cases include a Valuation and Discussion of disposal of an asset in Portsmouth, Lease Renewal in Gosport, Market Value inspection in Weymouth, and agency in Portsmouth and Southsea.

As a dynamic independent firm, we have a proven track record in delivering an exceptional property service with many clients returning to us time and again. Rebecca and Sau-Wan both graduated from the University of Portsmouth, and have immense local knowledge as Rebecca hails from the Isle of Wight and Sau-Wan from Portsmouth.
