We pride ourselves on providing great customer service and this doesn’t come across more than we were are involved in the sale of a property to new owners, who continue to use us to market the property to let as they purchased it as an investment, and then ask us to also manage the property for them, so they do not need to be worried about it.
We were pleased to sell this small retail unit in 2019, after the previous owner decided it was time for it to be put on the market, and we were pleased to secure a sale after only a short period of time.
On this job, the new owners, our new clients were pleased with how we dealt with the transaction and instructed us to continue to market it as a rental opportunity. We subsequently successful let it to Cafe Beautiful, after a short marketing campaign and we continue to manage the property on behalf of the landlords.
We fully advocate clear communications at all times so that all parties are kept up to date and well informed. We pride ourselves on making sure all runs smoothly.
