One of the commercial property services we provide are RICS Valuations and we were pleased to provide one in a prospective sale by a charity.
Our client the Connaught Trust (Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) Charity no 1179469 ) required a Red Book Valuation to satisfy the obligations under the Charities Act 2011 before they could sell their property. The Charities Act 2011 has in place measures to make sure that a charity is acting with the charity’s best interests when selling a property, to obtain the fair market value. To comply a RICS Valuer had to provide a report that the Trustees/The Charity would be able to present to the Charities Commission if so required.
On of our Directors, Sau-Wan Lai who is a RICS Registered Valuer inspected the site comprising of 3 business units and carried out a measured survey and subsequently a written report to RICS Global Valuation Standards. All within a fixed time frame, to match the clients’ expectations and Sau is always happy to provide a efficient and cost-effective service.
Thank you to The Connaught Trust, we value your trust in us and we trust that you valued our service. You can rely on a personal, professional and cost effective service to help you move on with your assets.
