Rebecca Wheeler and Sau-Wan Lai look forward to marking the 1st October 2022 as a business milestone and head in year 5 with intention and energy, having seen a growth in their client number and projects that they have been instructed on.
2021/2022 was a challenging time for many, and post-pandemic, we have seen increase in commercial property management activities – having taken over several portfolios for clients, on both the Isle of Wight and Mainland side of the Solent.
We have been instructed to market several shop units for client Heidi of Heidi’s Patisseries who are downsizing their operations, and releasing units for occupation by tenants or potential new owners.
Rebecca has advised several clients on rent review and lease renewal projects across the south coast, and achieved good outcomes for her clients. Sau has carried out numerous RICS valuations for clients for probate purposes, SIPP and estate planning matters, to enable clients to progress matters whether with HMRC, SIPP management or disposal as an outcome.
