Rebecca Wheeler dealt with the property. as part of our management role, unfortunately the previous occupier was unable to continue with her business due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Our client was faced with the prospect of a vacant shop. However, we were able to conduct an off the market transaction as our client was approached from someone interested.
Rebecca organised & liaised with all parties to agree a lease surrender by the former tenant, as this was a solution that we managed to negotiate, so that debts did not accrue and the property was not left vacant. We were able to discussed terms for a new lease with “Beauty within by Sam” who was able to complete the lease for occupation in December.
A job well done, great peace of mind for our clients and we continue to manage the asset for them.
