Wheeler & Lai Chartered Surveyors are pleased to announce the latest completion on a letting at Portchester Precinct.
The local parade serves the community of Portchester, and the lease has now completed on a letting of 20 West Street, Portchester.
After a period of vacancy, it was under offer, but this deal unfortunately did fall through, which can happen when either party does not wish to proceed. It was the prospective tenant who felt unable to proceed, at the height of the pandemic. It is an occurrence that we were able to overcome, as it was put back on the market and within a short space of time we have several interested parties in the unit.
After careful consideration by the landlord and reviewing the offers received, the landlord was pleased to proceed and now the deal is completed.
Whilst the tenant is carrying out shop fit works and plans for the grand opening, we wish them well and will be delighted to share their business once it is open.
