We’ve grown our commercial property management portfolio over the past quarter, and pleased to be taking on the commercial property management of a portfolio of properties across the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, and Bishop’s Waltham.
Our new clients are individuals of all walks of life, who have entrusted us with their investment properties to look after, their tenants too build good relationships with and ensure they enjoy their free time with less worry on their minds.
We are already looking after a small industrial estate, adding a workshop to the mix, as well as a trio of retail units in a small parade, and several portfolios with mixed residential and commercial units.
We are proud to be able to support our clients, and their tenants in an efficient way with clear and transparent communications. Our management is hands-on, with local knowledge and contacts, as well as timely invoicing and looking after clients’ money.
We are RICS regulated and comply with strict guidance, and our clients also benefit from RICS Clients Money Protection Scheme.
