The former Peacocks Unit has been let to The Junk Emporium (Waterlooville) and we are delighted to see the shop open for business again and welcoming shoppers to this eclectic mixed retail outlet.
Our client asked us to market the unit, and despite the challenging landscape, we secured a new 5 year term for the client.
We look forward to the revitalisation of the high street with our clients redevelopment of the upper floor to provide apartments, the local council have also welcomed other new local businesses to the high street following awarding of grants for start up businesses.
