Titchfield Village Boutique – Letting complete

We are pleased to announce the completion of the lease to Titchfield Village Boutique, who will be opening in September at 31a The Square, Titchfield, formerly ran as the Village Sweetshop.

Although matters were put on hold for some months, this deal started prior to lockdown, with viewings carried out earlier this year. However, our client was pleased that this letting finally completed and keys were handed over on the 3rd August 2020.

This new letting to an independent ladies fashion business, will be a boost to the retail mix in the Square and we hope the local village as well as existing customers of Caroline will enjoy shopping here.
