Working on behalf of our client Heidi’s Patisseries, which has slimmed down their operations to Emsworth only, we have been instructed to find tenants for the previously Heidi’s patisserie shops across the region.
However, we were asked to complete a sale of 67 London Road Cowplain, off the market due to private interests for the sought-after location and premises. With a speedy purchaser and smooth transaction, we are pleased to announce that 67 London Road Cowplain completed early January 2023.
